blue skies & pug-a-licious forhead rolls
Blue skies.
78 degrees.
And sweet tea at every dinner.
Ahhhh, Ga in March.
Oh
winter isn't over.
We'll get just enough of this to be really shocked when it gets cold again.
But until then
dude
it is some good livin here.
1. Totally didn't check the blog and then saw today
EGADS - like so many responces about the shelter.
I am still reading thru them.
I am slow because I always click on everyone's name to see if they have a blog and see their picture and what they are talking about.
WOW
Thanks for all the responce:)
I am a researcher by nature.
I was the one kid in the back of the room going
"YES!"
when a research paper was announced.
And I totally love to people study.
SO
reading the comments is super interesting to me:)
2. The pic of Max...taken from inside the Suburban up thru the sunroof.
Not the best angle...but totally great sky behind him.
3. I think I hate some bad salmon for dinner.......
4. I have been a scrappin fiend this weekend.
Made some cards.
Did 3 lo's.
ALTERED something.
Altering...that is BIG for me.
HUGE.
Generally I am too practicle to alter things.
If it isn't a 12x12 page lo...it isn't going to fit into my matching Scrapworks albums.
5. Got my picture CD from Tara! HAPPY DAY!
There were 174 pics on the cd...so more than what she posted on her blog.
That was exciting to see.
6. Yes... there was something very wrong with the salmon.....
7. Who has the new KI?
Not me and that is buggin me.
8. I have nothing funny to report.
We had a super weekend.
The kind that when the kids are grown...I am so going to look back at and miss. I took pictures of the weekend to kinda document what we did.
Me and the Tara CD.
She put our picture on it.
Check out my pug-a-licious forhead rolls.
Nice.
Happy Monday
(OK...Sunday night:)

Sorry about the salmon...yuk! May we have a peek at your altered thingy? Bet it's awesome, ...kinda like YOU! Blessings!

Spring is coming...slowly but surely :D Hope you post your altered art piece.

I want to see your altered stuff, too. I scrapped yesterday, not much, just three pages. Trying to finish up the Cub Scout years of my son - who's 19 now! Guess I'm a little slow.
Sorry to hear the salmon soured your tummy. The stomach 'flu' is making the rounds at my house. Talk about fun.

Didn't notice the forehead rolls. I noticed the lack of a double chin (I'm not so lucky.) and the Audry Hepburn perfect neck. : ) -Alisa

Your blog rocks and the pic of your lil guy rocks. I want the new KI as well.

Oooh. Gorgeous blue skies. I'm totally jealous. :)
Spring's officially here in TX.
80's and LOTS of rain.
Can't wait for the bluebonnets.

okay, well, my whole perfection image of you is now shot--you have forehead rolls! Can they do lipo for that? (I'm saying EWWW even as I'm typing!) But forhead rolls are better than back fat (I've seen you and I know that is not a problem for ya dearie. Wish we could all be that fortunate!)

love the angle on the picture of max.
how 'bout I was reading your numbers looking for you to skip one and start numbering like 117 and 1,000,003 or something like that. you're good for stuff like that.
and you are so not 'pug like'. geesh.

Kel (yes, if I read your blog I get to call you Kel!) Ok - YOU CRACK ME UP!!!! Love, love , love your blog. I read your entry about sheltering your kids - I won't homeschool but I do shelter ny children - they are one-on-one with one daycare provider. I send them to my church's preschool. They will go to public school someday but even then they will be sheltered as much as I can do that. That is what Mommy's do - maybe in different ways - but we all do it. You do what you know is right for you.
Love the forehead rolls - I have matching ones on my back just above my waistline - we could be a matching set! Toodles. Robin

Okay, Kelli, I just spent way too much time reading your blog today! Found you via Jenni B.'s blog and loved what you wrote about shelter. So then I looked at your archived homeschool stuff..great thoughts and ideas! My kids are still little, but we are wanting to homeschool (I'd like to start some homeschool-preschool stuff next year with my daughter) so it was good to read about how you started! (Also reading Tripp's book and liking it a lot! Love the focus on the condition of the heart and not just outward behavior!)
Thanks for your witty writing...I can't help laughing while I read your posts! You put me in a good mood! (okay, so did the chocolate cake I just ate!) hope you are over the salmon by now!
