little pumkin
so this is for the Freestyle challenge this week:
use hand stitching
i think i went the easy way out on the hand stitching
i used it more for function here
and yet
i am still wearing a big bandaid on my finger right now
yep
i drew blood
always do when stiching
see
this is why i don't use a SEWING MACHINE
can you imagine the bodily harm i might incure from that?!
i posted this on the freestyle blog today
i am so concerned everytime i go over there to post that i am going to click save and the whole blog will crash....or everyone's entries will be lost.....
or mine will be on there like 58 times in a row....
ok
this is of my little pumpkin
my littlest guy
out for some treats
i think he made it
walking
all
way
to
the
end
of
the
driveway
in
his
little
sock
feet.
I know it isn't exactly fall colors.
But, as Stacey and I were discussing yest, I put a lot of emphasis on holiday-esk pictures.
Not that Halloween really counts....
but still.
And truthfully, I generally have lame pictures from holidays.
And huge hopes for how to scrapbook them.
And so quite often
They are not documented
Or even remembered
Very well.
So I had the idea for this design and just plundered thru my
"I should scrapbook this" pile and found this one.
no caps and then caps...
what
is with
me
this
morning?:)

happy Thursday!

Love it. Love that it's not so Halloweeny and fall-looking. You have such talent- even if you draw blood while scrapping. Just goes to show you that you are PASSIONATE about what you do. =)

cool LO!!! I know what you mean about holiday pics. . .Donna downey does a One Year-One Album class. . .where you use a bunch of golden mailing envelopes. . .it works great for all those less than stellar pics you take on holidays - and a place to put the little holidays like 4th of July, arbor day, etc.

Kelli, your style is like no other. I love it. Btw, I bought the new Simple Scrapbooks yesterday and I am in love with your Red, White and Blue album. The flag on the cover is fantastic! Any chance we might see more of it here?
How's homeschooling going? You helped me out a few months ago, and I just wanted to tell you that I'm starting in the fall with my two boys. I can't wait. Thanks for pointing out The Well Trained Mind. :)

You make me want to scrapbook. Which, lately, is kind of hard to do. So thank you. Maybe I will scrapbook tonight.
