Conversation with Max on the way to drop him off at camp:
Max: You do?
(He sounded pretty surprised)
Me: Yes. Do you not believe me?
Max: Well, it isn't like you don't have two other children at home with you.
Me: They don't replace you. If you cut off your right hand, and someone said, "Yes, but you still have the left one" - you'd still miss your right one...right? Right?
(I realized at this moment I was talking to:
1. A child
2. A male
3. I had used the word right to the point it had no meaning left whatsoever.)
Max: Well. Ok.
Conversation with Max on the way home:
Max: Mommy, I did miss you today.
Me: Really?! When?
Max: When you were late picking me up.

Max has wanted a guitar for about a year.
He finally got one for his birthday.
He has taken to strumming it when he gets sad
or in trouble.
I think we have the potential for quite the country western song writer.

I have been organizing my music this week.
As I have loaded most of my DVD's onto my itunes account, I started reminiscing about the songs I have listened to the most.
What songs have you listened to the most in the following categories?
8 track? (I remember having an 8 track player in our GLC when I was a kid).
8 Track - Neil Diamond: Sweet Caroline
Album - A tie between Grover Sings the Blues and the American Graffiti soundtrack.
45: Lil' Red Riding Hood by Sam The Sham & the Pharaohs (it had belonged to my Mom)
Cassette tape: Grease Soundtrack
CD: A tie between Pure Disco (volumes I and II) and Simon and Garfunkel
ipod: Trees by Marty Casey
