So I made a list
of 35 things
(a few I lifted right from her)
In no order of importance:
1. balance is a verb
2. conainterize and label it
3. Pride and Pejudice is the best novel...ever
4. sometimes I have to say no even to worth while things and that is ok
5. listen more than I talk
6. protect my time
7. I will always do something first thing in the morning, I should make it reading the Bible
8. always carry chapstick, wipes and cough drops
9. keep calm
10. travel can be fun but just anticipate stress
11. I will be a teacher but just not in the way I had planned
12. I can only be good at a few things; figure them out and then specialize
13. outsource as much as I can
14. I am not good at finances
15. tanning isn't worth it
16. it is never too early for Christmas Carols
17. I may not be the smartest, prettiest or cleverest person in the room but I can still stand out
18. never paint a room purple
19. Star Trek episodes make me happy
20. Mom was right about a lot of things...like making up the bed really does make the room look cleaner
21. just budget for magazines
22. always confirm that someone said "go faster" before going faster on the tea cup ride
23. allergies are lame
24. I still have a chance to learn science
25. a family room needs a tiger print chair
26. 3 little boys in 5 years is the way to go
27. skiing can be fun after all...but you have to drink lots of water
28. c-sections may not be the prefered way to deliver...but they aren't all bad
29. JD is right most of the time..just enjoy the bennifits of that and not the being wrong part
30. tivo is worth every penny
31. dyslexia has an upside
32. write it down
33. JD is the best guy in the world for me..remember to treat him that way
34. fill your home with things you love
35. For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son and whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
